The IntroCar website is very well organized and easy to navigate, making parts identification and selection easy. I also like the Prestige Parts option which provides OE quality parts (often improved) at a reduced price. Shipping to the US (in my case) is prompt and problem free often arriving in only a few days. I highly recommend IntroCar as a reliable source for Rolls-Royce and Bentley parts.

Fast Delivery, Well packed

The product was dispatched promptly and arrived in good order. The only problem was the freight charges - twice the value of the item purchased. Roughly $44.00 Australian. I got a similar sized product from the USA at the same time and the freight was less than $4.00 Australian. Otherwise 5 star.

Website said you had product I ordered. Half the order did not come in. Now I need to order elsware. This cost me a lot More in freight, ordering from two places. The quality of the part revived is not up to original standard.
