Quando si acquista deve essere messo in chiaro che per quel prodotto dovrà essere pagata una tassa doganale e data la cifra. Dovreste considerarla e farla pagare già nel costo della spedizione, altrimenti io consumatore non so quanto mi costerà realmente un prodotto. Non mi sembra giusto che venga richiesto a sorpresa come se il prodotto fosse un ostaggio da liberare. Dovreste rivedere le modalità di vendita e di comunicazione perché se era scritto da qualche parte io non l'ho visto e quindi tanto chiaro non è stato.
