Rapide bien emballé et produit parfait

Ordered a Fan (AA1281US-AT). Paid for quickest ship. Received timely, but it is defective. Fan will not spin at all with good power supplied. Old fan continues to work, so I'm getting by in that. Just nousy. I see many complaints here of the same. Defective items. I immediately notified Elecok (via the email on their website under contacts us) of the issue. With pics. Received response after posting here. I would also note that although the item came packaged securely, and no damage to the packaging, the connectors on the fan (which are recessed and protected, were completely bent. I believe the item was that way before being packed! Still the contacts were not broken and should function. I did send photos along with the original email. Elecok service asked for a pic of my old existing fan to make sure it's the same. I took the commercial fridge apart again just to send them a pic of the 2 fans side by side. Identical fans. They did not suggest anything else to troubleshoot, so I am putting this back together again with the old fan. Not happy that I received an item that was damaged/defective with no sign of how it could have been in transport, but Elecok did send a replacement at their cost and it was received in perfect shape and works perfectly. So I updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars to reflect the outcome.
