I came to Stabuild Limited via a post I placed on Local Surveyors Direct. I received a number of replies but Stabuild was the fastest and most flexible in terms of agreeing a date and price for the work. Mr Walid Khan carried out the work and wrote the report. Mr Khan gave informative verbal feedback during the inspection and then provided a clear written report with indexed photographs within a few days of completing the inspection. I was very satisfied with the quality and conduct of the inspection.

Walid was really kind, helpful and knowledgable. We called him on a Friday and he conducted the survey the next Monday. He also fielded all of our frantic calls and explained his findings in great detail. His report was also very balanced rather. Would highly recommend!

I needed confirmation that the internal wall removed by my builder was a non load bearing wall as I am looking to sell my property. Walid Khan attended fairly swiftly and was polite and courteous. He checked the wall and came back with a report in a few days time. Mr Khan came and did the job as asked. I would add that I thought his service and price charged was a little expensive given the main part of his report is only a few sentences long. I would suggest that if major building work is to be done, I would look at getting a Chartered Surveyor who are qualified members of a reputable association that is recognised by major mortgage lenders/solicitors.

Walid was great. The report was concise and told us exactly what we needed when considering the purchase of a period flat. He also took the time to call and answer all our questions the day after we received the report. He was the cheapest quote and the quickest turnaround time.
