Walid was very nice over the phone and it was not at all difficult to make an appointment. He arrived exactly on time and was very efficient in giving our home a full structural survey. He was quick to answer any questions we had and proved very knowledgeable. The report was a bit long in coming, hence the 4 stars, but it was thorough. I would recommend his services!

Double-booked first appointment and cancelled. When we did turn up, he was courteous and engaging; upon leaving, said report would be ready at week’s end (visit was on a Monday). Didn’t hear anything for two weeks, then he sent an email requesting payment on Friday 18th, an email chasing me for payment after the passage of one working day and then a morning text - so thoughtful - today. So, although unable to meet their own deadlines, Stabuild is very keen to impose tight ones for payment, included messages every business day following the first email, providing the late report. Unprofessional, will not be using again; would avoid.
