So & Mo provides good service and timely delivery, but my initial experience has been mixed. The winter treatment seemed oddly timed in early April just before the spring treatment was dispatched, and the quantity didn't quite cover my lawn as expected despite following the instructions. I’m giving it another chance with the next treatment and hope for better results. Decent, but room for improvement.

I've had a mixed experience with So & Mo so far, but overall it’s leaning positive. Delivery has been reliable, and the service team is great at keeping customers informed. The products seem good, though I had a slight hiccup with the timing of the treatments and quantity guidelines. It’s too early to judge the full results, but I’m hopeful the second treatment will show improvement. A solid 4-star experience so far!

Good quality products

I was a little disappointed to receive the 'winter' treatment a couple of days before the 'spring' treatment was being dispatched to customers. I am assured it is fine but putting a winter feed on the lawn at the beginning of April does not seem right to me. I was also disappointed by the quantity guidelines as my lawn is less than 100m2 but I had insufficient to cover the lawn even though I received the quantity for 100m2 and followed the instructions. Maybe I need to move around the lawn quicker so I'll hold judgement on whether it was user error for now until I get my second treatment. Not the best experience so far
