The customer service is great! My tiny 7lb dog has a very unusual stomach and unfortunately could not tolerate raw food. But the company was wonderful! I did donate it so there are a couple of dogs enjoying really good food.

If the product doesn’t work for you, and in my case it made my dogs sick, they turn mean. Seems to me they are more focused on money. When I brought this to their attention originally, they didn’t even ask how my dogs were and refused to refund. Only after a dispute with my bank and a letter from my vet, they sorta of came around. But check out their last email to me… I think this speaks volumes to who they are. They are focused on one thing and it’s not my pets health. My dog is all wags at her Raw Wild feeding time. Not to mention jumps too. Think about it, you run a business that as far as I know offers one product. That one product has very limited ingredients. As in only two which are deer and elk meat. That one product can be fed to both K-9s of ALL sizes, and all felines. I mean what more could a successful business ask for? It is the best diet a K-9 or feline could ask for. The proof is my dog's coat. It's nice and shiny. And I don't give her supplements for her coat, or joints. I do give her treats. But most of them come from HALO, and they are all natural treats I can feel good about giving her. I think she's doing excellent considering she is now nine years, and will turn 10 in February.
