My dog has been loving it!! He’s such a picky eater and most of the time I’d have to stand in front of his food to get him to eat. Now, I drop it and just walk away with a bowl finished in minutes.

Food came a day late because of a delay with UPS but it was still fully frozen! Easy to thaw and serve. The only negative is that she loves it so much that she eats it TOO FAST!

Product is great but starting to get a bit too expensive. Maybe having loyalty rewards, senior discounts, etc? We have a pet related non-profit so always trying to save.

Found Raw Wild via Facebook, I have experience with Raw Feeding with our dogs, German Shorthaired Pointers. I did think it was a bit pricey, but decided to order the the discounted trial 12#. When it arrived I was impressed with how they packaged it and the texture of the meat, it is dense and very red. I was impressed but the real test was the 11 month old pup I wanted to test it on. She ate it immediately and absolutely loved it. So I order the 24# box on a 2 week auto ship. I noticed that I has been charged twice, and sent an email, I heard back from Dave very quickly and I had a credit on my card within 24 hours. Not only quality food but the customer service was excellent.

We love Raw Wild! Deliveries are timely and the dogs love the elk. We serve it raw mostly, but sometimes we serve it lightly cooked and add organ toppings to mix things up a little. It’s a little tough when we hit the road, because we have to keep it fresh. But we bought a freezer for the car, for our food + the dog food, so it stays fresh on long trips. For shorter trips, a YETI freezer bag with YETI ice packs work just fine. Easy to thaw and serve.

The ordering process was easy and efficient. Meat looks rich and fresh; arrived on time and frozen. My cats love the food. I would have given a 5-star rating if it weren't for the packaging. It came in a large styrofoam cooler with 4 ice-packs. I inquired whether there was a return/reuse system and got no response. Given the global warming environmental crisis we are facing, this type of packaging, of non-recyclable styrofoam, without a system for re-use, is environmentally irresponsible and I cannot support it, so I will go with Darwin's instead. They use recyclable paper padding and only one ice pack; and it worked just as well.

I received a shipment that was unthawed completely and y’all sent me another one. Great customer care experience. However, the smell of the food is so gross.

My pup has been eating this for more then a year and loves it! People always comment on how good he looks! His coat is sleek and shiny! I received my last delivery when I was out of town and it sat inside my neighbor’s place until I could pick it up the next evening. I was pleased to find it was still frozen solid! And I have to say their customer service is above reproach! Truly worth it!
