Awful -and a SCAM! They sell a Word 2021 product but it will only create or edit a word doc if you further purchase Microsoft 365! Email them and all you get is flannel. Then they insist that I must have done something wrong in downloading their product. No! It installed perfectly. What it doesn’t do is work as word processing software without paying extra money to Microsoft. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ripped off!

Product was mis-described, mis-advertised, mis-sold and would not work. The company even confirmed it would work BEFORE the order. They admit ALL of this but NO REFUND. MANIFESTLY UNETHICAL and I feel like the victim of blatant t**** [YOU CAN GUESS HOW I FEEL BUT I CANNOT USE THIS WORD]. Post sale service was even worse. DO NOT RISK A SINGLE CENT/PENNY.

I made a purchase, and the email instructed me to download my product. However, I had actually paid for a physical scanner! When I contacted them, they told me to ignore the email. Oh boy. I waited for a week, but they didn’t provide any tracking information until I followed up with them. The product got stuck at customs, and Parcel Force informed me that only the sender could resolve the situation. However, Blitzhandel responded differently, insisting that I needed to find a solution with Parcel Force. Their handling of the situation was very unprofessional. Eventually, the product was returned to them, and they refused to offer a full refund. Fortunately, PayPal ruled in my favor, and I received a complete refund. My advice: Stay away!

Habe schon mehrfach bei Blitzhandel24 bestellt. Hat bis jetzt immer alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit geklappt. Kann nichts negatives Berichten.

Habe eine Lizenz für 1-4 User für Nitro PDF bei dem Laden gekauft für fast 200 Euro. Bei der Installation des 3. Users verweigert das Setup die Aktivierung, die Höchstzulässige Benutzeranzahl sei überschritten. Auf Rückfrage bei Blitzhandel24 heißt es dann, dass die Angabe 1-4 User nicht heißen würde, dass ich die auch aktivieren kann. Ja was denn sonst? Evtl. Einschränkungen hätte ich vorher mit Blitzhandel klären sollen, ein Widerruf wird nicht akzeptiert. Ich fühle mich betrogen und erwäge rechtliche Schritte. Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht?

Compré ESET Internet Security 1 Dispositivo 2 Años No.: 241820606.1. Imposible instalarlo siguiendo las instrucciones "bot" (Figo), porque ese es su "servicio técnico". Al final, según indico, conseguí instalarlo ignorando esas instrucciones, después de haber perdido el tiempo durante más de una semana. No compréis, es una comercial online, que igual podía vender patatas que antivirus.

Het schijnt in de voorwaarden te staan dat Software niet in de 14 dagen herroepings regels zit. Advies: Bestel hier niets, ik ben er met schade en schande achter gekomen.

Gestern per Vorkasse überwiesen, heute download und key erhalten, alles funktioniert bisher einwandfrei. Man sollte sich wirklich nicht explizit an den schlechten Bewertungen orientieren, sondern erst einmal selbst ausprobieren, Bestelle auf alle Fälle wieder bei Blitzhandel 24.de.

Purchased Nero Recode through them, after then having to jump through hoops and go actually directly to Nero to get the download, I found the product did not work with the DVD format I purchased it for. I then followed the refund/cancellation procedure (guaranteed 14 days!) and after jumping through more hoops was told all digital sales are final. Avoid like the Plague. Buy direct from the supplier or find a torrent online, but dont waste your cash or time on this company. Just this side of legal, but in reality just a Scam. As an update I have been repeatedly Challenged regarding this review by the company, evem after I was able to obtain a refund via Paypal. Despite providing my order number they claim the review is not genuine and have requested under German law that I submit all written correspodance with the dates to prove it. Im not going to indulge them.

I contacted Microsoft Support, where i was informed that the product key was faulty, and the advised med to buy the product direct from Microsoft. Bij software krijg je ook tegenvallers. Ik had ook meegemaakt en sindsdien let ik, lees ik en weer bel ik of per mail vraag ik hoe dat in elkaar zit, omdat alles wordt duurder niet goedkopper. Bij goedkope-licentie.nl ging het mis en ze hebben aangeboden of ik een nieuwe sleutel of ik mijn geld terug wil hebben, keurig binnen 2 dagen terug gestoord op mijn rekening. Belgische website, licentiepromo.be is ook aardig geweest, vage beschrijving over Office 2013 Pro Plus achteraf corrigeert na mijn verzoek mailtje.Dus goed opletten, veelal zijn licentie gekoppeld aan Microsoft account en achteraf ervaar je problemen. Ik had problemen met mijn bestaande Back-up programma en wilde een Acronis True Image met een permanente licentie kopen, nee verkopen ze alleen met een abonnement .na het zoeken heb ik bij blitzhandel24.nl in twee versies aanbod gekregen. In een waslijn geven ze alle informatie, gekocht en zo meteen per mail downloads en activeringscode binnen kwam. Acronis heeft mijn sleutel goed gekeurd en koppelt aan mijn account. Ik vindt top en complimenten voor hun vriendelijke en serieuze aanpak.

Wenn der Kauf abgeschlossen ist und man den Aktivierungsschlüssel hat, dann gibt es eben kein Rückgaberecht mehr. Bis zur Lieferung kann man aber den Kauf auch noch widerrufen und das funktioniert auch. Ansonsten sind die Mitarbeiter auch sehr behilflich bei Allem.
