Quite frankly this Company must rank at or very close to the bottom of all software suppliers. I bought a download of Microsoft Word 2007 from their web to download to a very small capacity computer. Having paid for it I couldn't download it. I the queried that and was told that Word 2007 (despite being available on their website) was not available any more and that I would have to buy Office and install the Word element only. That was impossible as I told them the computer concerned didn't have enough memory to even start the installation of Office so I wanted my money back. The customer services agreed to give me my money back but has it appeared - No after approximately a month the credit to my credit card has still not appeared and they basically have shut my case 3 times without acknowledging that it is incomplete. Are they a good Company?? - No. Will I recommend them to my business colleagues & friends?? - Not a hope in hell !!! So Buyer Beware and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole !!!

I'm normally dubious with online 'virtual assistants' but i contacted Blitzhandel with an issue over activating some recently purchased software. This would probably been an easy task for someone with better IT skills than myself, but nothing was too much trouble for them. I was talked (shown) through everything io needed to do in communication even i understood!' Fantastic service

On October 9 I bought WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe and was supplied with a faulty activation code. I have been chasing them ever since and I now have a working activation code. I am very pleased with this so thank you for your help

Habe eher unfreiwillig über den Otto Onlineshop bei Blitzhandel24 bestellt. Es ist alles so gelaufen wie es soll. Mein Aktivierungscode kam mit der Rechnung und sogar mit einer kleinen Installationsanleitung. Einzig die Zustellungsart könnte noch auf elektronischem Wege erfolgen. Eine Email statt einem Brief wäre etwas angenehmer... war aber innerhalb von einem Tag da, also halb so wild.

Nach 4 Wochen immer noch keine Rückmeldung auf meine schriftliche Anfrage, trotz Ticketbestätigung. Offenbar hat man hier keine Lust auf Kulanz. Nicht zu empfehlen. Wer billig kauft, kauft eben zweimal - das ist hier Programm.

Best way to find a licensed copy of Word 2010. Could be clearer on which language version to download as you need to scroll down and check the tiny flag icons. Need to be careful when cutting and pasting licence key as you need to omit the first few characters in the box or it will not paste into box in Word.
