Emailed homescapes customer service asking for help with the location of my parcel as DPD had the delivery stuck in the depot all weekend after requesting multiple times for it to be delivered. Did not receive any help other than the parcel is in the depot and will be delivered shortly. Could have contacted DPD on my behalf as I was getting nowhere with their customer service. Had to ask for a refund of the delivery as the box arrived all damaged (the item was a gift). Lucky the item was not damaged. Had to purchase a new box and wasted at least two hours of my time trying to get the item sent out.
