Really smooth order process, delivered fast

Bought a superking size quilt week before Christmas and four pillows when they came pillows were excellent but the quilt was terrible we had it on the bed one night and we were cold there were spots with no filling and other parts the filling clumped up in the corners so it didn’t keep you warm contacted company eventually got them because of time of year after emails back and forth and photos of the quilt held up to the light they said to send it back marked for attention of office and they’d have a look at it then after a week they said they were still waiting on it coming back as it was delayed with courier then I got an email saying that someone in the factory had a look at it and there was nothing wrong with it and that it was dirty and stained so I emailed them back saying that I had now bought another quilt the same type of quilt from a different company and I sent them photos of this one held up to the light to show them the difference the new one the pockets were full not half full or empty and I don’t have to tease and shake the filling to get it to move as they informed me I need to do really I’m 57 and I have had alot of quilts in this time and this is the first one that I need to tease and shake the filling in to get it to try and keep you warm some of the pockets along bottom of quilt were empty or had virtually no stuffing at all also there were no dirt marks or stains when I sent it back the courier had it in a black bag for over a week then it was in the office and supposedly the factory is that when it got dirty ? I also asked them who had inspected it and what were there qualifications to do so and I asked if they had slept under it because you can’t tell how bad it is just by looking the next email back from them basically said that they would now correspond through the necessary platform or authority and didn’t answer any of my questions or tell me who had inspected it So please do not use this company as I now have to go to the consumer ombudsman about this as they won’t answer my questions or give me a refund save your money and use a better company the new quilt was from Julian charles use them avoid these cowboys

I bought a Malmo Handmade Textured Pouffe which looked lovely when it first arrived. However over subsequent months it gradually sagged completely out of shape (went from a cube to a shapeless blob). Somehow the filling loses volume and there’s nothing you can do about it. In addition, the seams began to fray and split (very hard if not impossible to repair) and this after being sat on no more than twice a week for about 15 minutes at a time over 7 or 8 months. (I weigh 66 kg so a normal adult). I sent photos to the company and was told there was nothing they could do as I’d had the item for more than 6 months. I would advise not buying any pouffe from these guys - you have no way of knowing how long it will last.

Some years ago I bought a duvet and more recently a pair of pillows from Homescapes. I first heard of the company from a friend when I stayed overnight and found the bedding very comfortable. I ordered some Duck Feather Cushion Pad 60 x 60 cm (24 x 24") and it said they were deep filled! However, when I got them they were definitely not deep filled! My sofa scatter cushions are 22x22 so I ordered 24x24 fillers to replace our sat out ones and they were just the same. They were simply not deep filled! So I have had to leave the original ones in and put these in as well to make them work! Not happy with the description really. The quality is good but the product wasn’t fit for what I needed

My husband is 6' 3" and when seated in his armchair he usually has to stretch his legs out. Since applying the booster cushion and back support he can sit more comfortably. They are lovely and supportive and match our furnishings very well.
