I needed to replace a broken fridge drawer lid hinge and didn't really know where to start. I started digging online and not too long in found great information on the website. I wanted to confirm the part I needed so I emailed, thinking I'd be unlikely to receive a response. I was mistaken. I had a reply within 48hrs (may have been less) asking more questions and then was provided some suggestions on what I needed based on me confirming the model number. Once that was confirmed, I called to place my order and it arrived THE NEXT DAY with normal shipping - not express. This was an amazing customer service experience the whole way through. Thank you!!

I would have given it 5 stars but I ordered a new sensor and added the clip. When the parts came there was already a clip on the sensor. So I ended up paying for a clip I didn't need. Maybe I just missed that point when I was looking at the part online. Other than that I am very happy with the part and service. This was a part for our RV refrigerator and had to have it sent to the campground we were staying at. So glad I was able to get the part.
