They where so awesome at helping me with my 1st trip

We are first time cruisers and we're told to go through a travel agency to book our cruise. I love how the website already shows you pricing that seems to beat everyone around. Also our agent Trevor has helped immensely. He got us the best rate for the room we wanted and was also able to adjust some things after the fact that I forgot to ask about the very next day. So far this process has been very pleasant and I feel very confident in this service and also plan on using these guys the future!

Had an issue with the CruiseHub web site last night, Tried to purchase a cruise but the web page would not allow me to complete the transaction. It said my past passenger number was incorrect as was my wifes, which is not correct. It asked for my wifes phone number but there was no place to put it in. The site said agents were there 24/7, 365 days a year. I called 4 times left messages and no response. I needed a handicap room and there was on one available and I lost it. Not very pleased. Wrote a complaint, but no response yet. Decided to call again this afternoon, talked to John Ashford for over an hour. He was able to work with me and got me a handicap room on a different sailing of the same ship. He went out of his way to help me get what I wanted something I did as a former travel agent and he saved the sale. I have sailed more then 50 times and he is one of the first agents who I felt was really trying to help. Because of that I will continue to use him for further needs.
