I called to get the latest promotion on a cruise I was interested in, and Adam picked up immediately. He was very thorough and explained all the benefits of booking with CruiseHub. He replied to my emails in a timely matter and answered all my questions. After a courtesy hold on a cabin, I asked him to review my booking for the latest promotion and he was able to find me a lower rate.

I do not know, while using your website for the 1st time, it was telling me that my MSC Cruise loyalty number was incorrect, I tried many time and had to call, lucky for me I found Adam Blake, who finished doing my reservation. It took a little while, but he got it done.

did not process the payment for the trip' Does not return any phone messages, Requested an update on Prices for Discounted Excursions, never called any messages. Does not rate 1 star, and will not use them in the future.

Phil was great. He worked every scenario to see what would be best to accommodate my trip requests and needs. He stayed in touch and followed up as things became available. He answered all of my questions and proposed solutions as needed. We booked our trip feeling secure in all of the info provided and choices made.
