Ordered products on the website but did encounter an issue with my new credit card not being accepted, quick call to customer services and they emailed a proforma invoice through immediately so I could pay via BACS. They also confirmed my order would be split as not all of it was in stock. Both estimated delivery dates were met and I received regular email updates. It was refreshing to encounter excellent customer service - a rarity nowadays.

I think the product looks great, but seem to experiencing drafts from the around the door, which I need to investigate, to understand and tackle. Rather than decrease the heat lost to the roof space, I seem to have increased it ... argh!

1) I searched the web and these were the cheapest by far on the polycarbonate parts and roofing bars. 2) Customer service was exceptional . I didn't ask for it , but I was contacted in several ways to double check my order before sending as it could have been wrong (I ordered white and brown parts) 2nd order I accidentally ordered Grey instead of Brown on one item , so thank you Debbie for contacting me again. 3) very quick delivery and VERY well wrapped . 4) Quality was excellent . I did wonder if I was doing the right thing as the roofing bars, edges . buttons etc were so much cheaper than elsewhere. Pleasantly surprised . Postage was was £24.99 for 3 meter lengths which I though was a lot , but the overall savings far out weighed the postage cost if you buy several parts

Ordered a 7 Metre Long 3 Metre Projection Canopy and I have to say excellent product and service. Over the moon with the Canopy! 1 of the roof sheets was damaged in Transit however this was replaced on an overnight carrier. I would definitely recommend if you are in the market for a Car Port or Canopy

Product well made etc. Delivery company DX (extra charge) do not take notice of special delivery instructions resulting in DIY delivery.
