Ordered a roof window from them, which was delivered quickly and in good condition. I Would definitely buy from them again. The only negative is having to decipher the pictograms for fitting the weatherproofing trim, which was a pain.

No complaints about quality of the product. My complaint would be ref the carriage costs and when you are informed of this - 24 hours AFTER you order. The carriage costs were 40% of the cost of the ladder! After spending a good hour trolling through websites and am positive there are numerous companies selling the exact same product I couldn't be bothered cancelling for which unsurprisingly the caller who informs you of the carriage costs asks straight after telling you how much " do you want to still order". There are sites that include carriage but of course the product is more expensive but not to the total of plus 40%! My bad, lesson learned and yet again we Scots up North are suffering higher than average freight costs.

Quote of 15-20 days lead time was totally inaccurate it was double this at 7 weeks. This would not have been so much of a problem if I had been kept informed of the situation, but, no information was forthcoming from the company until I chased the delivery and even then, on the first occasion, the information given was not correct and only on the second call was the item delivered. The delivery notification was, then, indequate, with no idea of what time to expect it or track it.
