I bought two Coxdome rooflights complete with upstands from LB Supplies after receiving some good advice, having explained my needs, from the sales team. The delivery was made within 3 working days but unfortunately upon opening the boxes a few days later I discovered one of the upstands had a broken base flange. I phoned LBS and was asked to send a photo of the damage which I did at 10.00am. By midday I received a response to say the replacement would be sent the following day. It duly arrived within 24 hrs of my first contact which I have to say is outstanding service not only from LBS but also from Coxdome.

I ordered at pergola which was great. Really happy with it. Looks good quality. The reason I never gave 5 stars is the dispatch time is shocking. Was told it would be here on a certain date but never arrived. Left 3 messages and no one got back to me. Kept ringing and finally got through. A week and half later it arrived.

Really disappointed with this company. I bought a large roof lantern 1 year ago which obviously came with a warranty. The whole lot came crashing down from above which was not only massively scary but also so very dangerous. It ruined our new floor and if 2 hours earlier, would have been on our heads and we would have been in hospital. LB supplies did not sound surprised at this at all which leads us to believe this is not the first time this has happened - blamed on spontaneous combustion! When we phoned them they were not helpful at all and didn't even say sorry and just blamed the manufacturer. 2 weeks later they left a panel of glass laying on our front lawn, by then we had had 2 weeks of weather in our lounge. The cost of having the glass fitted was another £350 and we have had to pay for part of our flooring to be repaired at another £230. After sending many emails and letters to LB Supplies we gave up as apparently this happens and you just have to accept it even if you have a warranty. We have spoken with other firms who have said they would have came and replaced it straight away if under warranty so we would advise going elsewhere in case this happens to you.

I was promised a £50 refund but only received £10

The window was of good quality ,but the screws supplied wasn't long enough so we had to get longer screws

Good service

Used this company on the recommendation of someone else and wasn’t disappointed. A quality product at a reasonable price, communication was great with the company. The only thing which went wrong was that the glass wasn’t delivered on the correct day but that wasn’t the fault of LB supplies and chased up where it was.

The product is very good I have not finished installing yet, but having used Curtain Wall installations on site as an occupation over 30-40 years it would have been 5 stars if the bars and posts had tape protection.Installation and handling is likely going to suffer from scrapes and scratches.
