Item was delivered swiftly on time as said. Packaged securely and appears no damage ( I have not opened any of the items as the contractor has not confirmed a date to start work. Should be this week)

Service on phone was great, very helpful, delivery was in the window I asked for, good product at an excellent price and happy with the results. The only let downs were; one of the rafter bars was full of condensation in the packet and alloy was white with surface corrosion which needed cleaning up, one of the bar end caps was broken, luckily I bought spares and one polycarbonate sheet was crumpled on one side, luckily this worked out ok as we had to cut a sheet for one side.

Screws sent where rubbish they just rounded off. One snapped in the steel. Steels had not been cut level so didn't meet as expected. Leaving a gap that I've had to silocone up. Took 4 weeks to be delivered. Other than that looks to be a very nice canopy

Customer service and value was second to none! My husband had left me to order a window closer and I really did not have any clue what type of I needed so rang LB supplies and was patiently guided through the process, enabling me to identify the correct product. I was told that the closer would arrive on the Friday and it did - this is not true of all of my online purchases! Communication was 1st class and Matt kept in touch with me to ensure that the product arrived in tip top condition which was perfect as the delivery driver refused to wait for me to check it. The delivery was delayed by two weeks with no communication from LB. The packages arrived and having 48 hours to check them for damage (which is a crazy given the number of items, UK weather, work & family commitments) I was extremely disappointed to see that over 90% of the structure was damaged... scuffs to the paint, scratches through to metal work, dents in the metal & dents in the polycarbonate roof panels. I've messaged LB and I'm yet to receive a reply. Very disappointed.

Discovering IB's High Quality Loft Ladders. The Oman Polar Folding Loft Ladder & Hatch are amazing, very good quality and works very well. The ladder was very well packaged and after a small hiccup with the incorrect delivery product, the Branch Manager replaced this item with immediate effect. The website explained the fitting process very well. I would recommend that you require two able people to install the loft ladder. The only very small thing that let the product down was the quality of the "Allan Key". Many thanks to LB.
