The next day I received an email informing me my order was cancelled because the carpet was no longer in stock. My time is valuable to me and I don’t need to be run around. I ordered a part on line and waited 10 days for a confirmation of delivery. When I contacted them they did look it up for a 4-5 week back order. In my opinion they need to be more proactive on contacting if orders are going to be delayed.
