Really I would say 3 and 1/2 stars. My new faucet arrived in a USPS shipper box Barely wrapped in some brown paper. No Dometic product box or instructions which tells me that Dyers is getting these items in Bulk packaging … read "reduced cost to Dyers" . That translates to there should perhaps have been a greater price reduction passed along to a customer??? The lack of instructions is no big deal to me, but may be to many others. The lack of care in shipping it ... well … no excuse for that. -Beemer Got a reply from Dyers and since they completely missed the mark I'd now say they are a two Star. My faucet WAS NOT in any Dometic package but stuffed into a USPS box with brown paper and still no instructions as I previously stated.. - "The Dometic folding faucet you received is actually packaged by Dometic and is sent to us fully packaged. You should have definitely received instructions with it the interior packaging is of higher quality as well. We also do not purchase these in bulk. We only have 1-2 faucets on hand at a time as we do not have a large warehouse that we ship from, so if we do not have it on hand then it ships out directly from Dometic's much larger warehouses. "
