I got scammed for 100 dollars on this site and i clicked on the 45 dollars for 3 months. I would like a refund and want to cancel.

I have attempted to cancel my DD to mytrees by emailing the given customer service address hello at mytrees dot live, but has pinged back saying not valid or deleted address. I have not received entry numbers via email since May 2020 or any other correspondence, yet payments are taken from my account each month. Not being able to contact you or not receiving any kind of update feels like I have fallen into a scam. Please let me know how to proceed with cancelling the DD. Thanks

Planting trees is great for the environment and this makes it a bit more fun. Great website

I still believe My trees is a great way to contribute to saving the environment and doing our part, while having the opportunity to win cash back as well in the process. The only issue I have as of late is that since they upgraded the website, members can no longer see winning ticket numbers and prize allocations. I would recommend re-instating weekly prize lists for more transparency.

A worthwhile way of looking after our environment by planting trees and I am happy to support MyTrees in doing this.

I did a lot of research into MyTrees before signing up. It sounded, on the surface, a little dubious but after speaking to several staff there, seeing proof of payouts, and chatting to the charity they donate to Conservation International I was won over. I think it's a great idea and a clever way to get people who are sitting on the fence about offsetting to do so. I've won once so far but that's not, at the end of the day, why I signed up. The work CI do in forest protection, reforestation and education is incredible and I'm glad to support it.

A must have subscription service for all those conscientious of our environment. A small fee goes a long way and there is even a chance to win some money, it's a no brainer!

I had Mytrees advertised at me. I took a look into it and it seemed legit so I thought I'd give it a go. Was pleased to see that I won some money last week which was excellent.
