"Win-Win!" Won £100 in the my first week so I decided to increase my plan to £15 a month to put my winnings back in to planting / protecting trees with the charity. A no brainer to join!

Saw this as a promotion on Facebook and signed up because I liked the concept. I already donate to various charities working in the same field, but I liked the different concept of helping and having the potential to win a prize. Great idea!

Saw MyTrees on Facebook and thought the idea was great - haven't won yet but great to see how many trees I've planted going up each month. Customer support quick to answer any questions too. Recommend highly.

Dubious about the company and the subscription set up. After seeing a negative review on social media, I became a little suspicious and tried to cancel my subscription (just in case it is actually a scam). I was unable to do so through my online account (the option to cancel was a broken link). I sent an email to the support team who assured me that they had cancelled the subscription but in doing so, they had to lock my online account meaning I had no more access via their website. (I had essentially been locked out from changing my personal details). Despite this, 2 further attempts have been made to take the subscription monies despite multiple instructions to cancel the subscription.
