Very helpful with moving to new house...

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. I paid £20,700 in advance rent and a £2,653 deposit for an apartment. The agent later claimed they hadn’t received the full amount, leaving me without keys and homeless for three months. I later discovered that the property was rented to another group, who moved in. Despite numerous requests for a refund, I’ve been given various excuses regarding their bank accounts being under review. It’s been over a year, and I have yet to receive my money back. I’m now seeking legal advice to pursue court action against the agency to recover my funds.

I have recently Reported this agency as a scam but no my friends have started receiving money. The process is long but the payments have started the service is genuine but it is done process by process so yes the experience was good
