Very impressive service - I ordered on a Friday lunchtime and received the order the following morning even though I hadn’t specified Saturday delivery. I cannot comment on the quality as it is a present, but would definitely use this service again, I had been unable to source my purchase locally.

Great service. We ordered on the Friday afternoon, and everything was delivered in the Saturday morning, even though we didn't pay for Saturday delivery! (Which was a lot more expensive than standard next working day). Couldn't fault them at all!

The battery supplied was brand new, the quality of the battery excellent and the delivery was next business day, the battery was very well packaged/protected I have not had to contact customer services so I am unable to comment on them. As for shopping I would recommend this company.

Wonderful service. Just couldn’t believe how easy it was. Having spent days trying to source these batteries on the High Street. It took just one day. Fantastic. Rather a lot of plastic for two very small items but that perhaps was because of the nature of the product.
