One stop for Batteries. My home alarm battery went flat this morning. I have called BatteryCompany.co.uk, Tina has answered the phone and took my details (even though she was not in office). Tina has called me back as soon as she has reached office, the battery was in stock. I always visit BatteryCompany.co.uk for all my battery needs. Unfortunately, the battery which I have purchased in November 2019 (just 2 weeks over a year) was outside of the warranty. It's a shame it has lasted only 1 year. Even though I am not happy with the lifetime of the battery, I am very satisfied with the customer service offered. Tina is diligent and understands the customer requirement very well. I have placed another order today and I was told that the DHL courier will deliver the battery tomorrow. All in all, good people work at BatteryCompany.

Having ordered 2 batteries on 6/11/20 by the middle of the following week I emailed to ask when I could expect to receive them, no reply was forth coming only to check that the money had been taken from the account and I am still waiting to receive them. Having waited so long The date is now the 17/11/20 went elsewhere with no problem at all so what I would now like is my money refunded.

Used this company to replace a fairly specialist rechargeable battery in my car. All good, reasonable price, quick delivery - can't ask for any more really! Would certainly recommend.

Any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly (stock delayed, missing in post etc). Bottom line is I am happy with them and continue to order from them.

Poor customer service could not get a small battery delivered within 10days Don’t use not recommended It seem that they cannot take anybody saying that they have poor service. Thy then tell lies about the customer being rude to justify there poor customer service position. Shame that they are such a poor organisation
