Before, we are usually withdrawing funds from our GoWallet every Fridays 9AM EST. But, whenever we are withdrawing this, the reflect on our bank's end is erratic. Sometimes if will be credited same day, other times it will be credited by Monday. I hope with this new schedule of every Wednesdays withdrawal, funds will be available in real time or same day to avoid any inconvenience for us working remotely. As for the service fees, I hope they will reduced the cost for this. Since we are withdrawing every week, every transaction withdrawal has an applicable 3% service fee. While it is lower compared to others, but still I find it too high especially if you are withdrawing regularly every week.

Late posting after withdrawal, took 3 days to post unlike before, after withdrawal, the funds will be available in our bank after 30 mins to 1 hr max.

the payment was not credited the day it's supposed to be credited. but still kudos for addressing the issue and doing it manually instead for us to have our payment. 4stars only because of the delay but the rest are all good. hoping that this will not happen again and looking forward to receive the payment on time as scheduled.

Been using goLance for more than 3 years. I am satisfied with my overall experience. One thing that I think should improve is the timeline for when our pay is being reflected in our local bank. Based on their disclosure, payment should reflect in our local bank within 5 business days which I do not think is acceptable because the company we are working for pays us in a weekly basis. So if we have to wait for 5 business days for our payment to reflect in our local bank, then it defeats the purpose of being paid in a weekly basis. GoLance always say that they do not have control over it that it is the third party company that is in control of processing the payment to the local bank but if we are to check with our local bank, they will also say that if there are no pending transaction in our account then they cannot really help us at all. So I am not really sure until when this issue of delay posting in our local bank will be resolved but until then I will continue using Payoneer (withdraw money from golance to Payoneer) so payment will reflect immediately in my local bank. It is costing me more $$ in withdrawing money from Payoneer to my local bank but at least I am getting my pay real time rather than me being delayed in paying my bills and getting past due penalties :)

The payment is being posted on time, however the only problem is that if you withdraw the money past 10mins and more of 9pm Manila time. It will be credited to your bank the following week. Which is a bit of a hussle. But other than that the service is good.

I dislike the fact that it took more than 12 hours to credit my salary in my local bank. I am hoping for smoother transaction moving forward.

The recent change in the payout date eliminated delays in withdrawal to my local bank.

The deductions here are huge. It’s ridiculous. They take 5% off the payment, and at that point there’s another deduction when transferring the money from Golance to my bank account, Payoneer, or Binance. To top it off, they blocked my account without giving me any details. My contract ended, and they just blocked it, so I didn’t even get my last payment. This platform is a mess. Haha, this platform is really something else.
