At the begginig I was skeptical and said that it couldn’t be possible to ship my items so quick and so cheap,but after I booked 2 shipments,one for a parcel and one for a pallet,they arrived extremely fast,secure and whenever I had a question customer service was very helpful.

Quite possibly the worse shipping company Iv ever experienced, terrible communication and above all complete liars. I would avoid them at all costs, there are much more professional companys out there.

Booked premium service, was worse than economy. Every information proofed to be wrong. First and last time I used the company. Edit: I have been never offered a partial refund, just to make this clear.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Item was meant to be collected on the 20th, I paid staff over time to keep premises open due to the 6pm cut off. My staff waited till 7pm and still no sign of collection. I called up on the 21st and advised of issue and that my premises shuts early on a Friday, I once again paid staff to stay back later for the pallet to be collected but once again it wasn't, I'd advise everyone to stay well clear of this company. Waste of money and the most appalling run company I have ever had to deal with.

We have been in dispute with this company for over 2 months without any acceptable resolution. We ordered online two pallets: one pallet measuring 120x80x200cm and another measuring 120x80x180cm. We were quoted for these measurements and paid for it in full. Five days before pick up day, we were asked to provide pictures of the pallets to ensure that they were securely packed for transit before ParcelLink booked the collection with their transporter. We provided the pictures explaining that we had not yet securely packed them as it was 5 days before collection and this would require us to leave the pallets outside, and not in a secure place. The person we were in contact with could not have been more unhelpful and constantly tried to get more money out of us. To cut a long story short, we were forced to cancel due to their absolute intransigence, inflexibility and unreasonable requests and after they gave us an ultimatum (“send us the picture now or cancel the order as I won’t be booking the collection”). Since then we have been in contact with the office to secure full reimbursement of the order. We feel this is only fair since we had no intention to cancel, we were quite happy to go ahead with the collection and that their inflexible attitude is what forced us to cancel and find another transporter on time. Well, low and behold, this seems to be an impossible task! We have been in contact with them from the 21st March and as of now they has come up with every excuse under the sun to explain why a full reimbursement would not occur. Here is a sample: 1. The problem came to be when they realised that we “booked two pallets containing personal effects on a service which clearly states it does not transport personal effects. As a rare allowance [they] did allow [our] booking to go through but asked [us] to send images of [our] pallet to prove that it is suitable for transit.” -- I have read the policies three times and nowhere does it states that this service if for business only! What it does state is that "The service can be used by both business and residential customers. Only a mention of "prohibited items", which our pallets did not include, was made available during the booking. None of the prohibited items included “residential items”. 2. Our pallets were clearly not safe for transit. -- We have repeated several times that it would have been safe for transit (my husband work in a warehouse packing pallets daily!) but not 5 days prior to collection when it would have been kept in an insecure and unprotected place. Furthermore, the confirmation email we received after booking asked for the goods to be secured before collection. At no point did it mentioned​, and neither do the terms and conditions, that it had to be secured FIVE days prior to collection. 3. The pallets were very big (they were within the limits we payed for) and “the furniture [we] were sending weren't flat packed but fully assembled furniture which unfortunately the carrier would not be able to accept.” I think this was the falsehood that send us over the edge! There was absolutely no fully assembled furniture. The lack of shame at such blatant dishonesty left us flabbergasted! 4. We were asked to wait a bit to check which fees were incurred by the carrier company. Since no collection booking had been made as our first contact refused to book before receiving the pictures, we felt quite certain that no cost were incurred. 5. We were then “reassured” that costs were incurred because the booking was made with the carrier and that our collection was “placed on hold only”. Proof of such costs incurred are not forthcoming. 9 weeks later and 13 emails later we are at a standstill and still waiting for our full reimbursement. Avoid this company!! They may be give cheap quotes but they will try everything to get more money out of you. Cheap is definitively not always best. We paid slightly more another company and the transport went ahead on the day planned, without a hitch and both pallets safely packed! I don’t know where the good reviews come from but I would never use them again! Edit: I have changed the rating as we have finally come to an agreement but it has taken far too long and for me to post this review before anything happened.

Booked for a collection, after cancelling with another company (Yodel) for being useless. My parcel was collected within a couple hours of booking! It reached Scotland the next day as promised. Cannot ask any more, great stuff!

I used Parcel Link to as I had to urgently move a 3 ton load of plastic. Booking was fine. Customer service when I phoned to check the collection time on the day of collection was not - rude and dismissive. The load was picked up on the requested day but unfortunately the depot was not open to collect the plastic on the Friday. They tried to phone me but did not leave a message. When I phoned back they told me that I would have to pay a missed delivery fee (a surprise but not unreasonable) of an extra 1/3rd. I agreed and requested bank details to make a bank transfer - the original payment was on my personal credit card - Parcel Link said they would not deliver until payment was made - again, not unreasonable. The load was then delivered on Monday, before bank details or invoices for the extra amount had been sent to me. Parcel Link then emailed me to tell me that they had charged the extra amount to my card, despite knowing that I had agreed to pay by bank transfer- and said they would only refund after I paid by bank transfer. Unauthorised transactions such as this are not legal! I received no answer to my email back to them asking for an explanation. I suspect they delivered the load by mistake and then panicked. I cannot trust this company and there are plenty of others out there - go somewhere else. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt but definitely not in this case. If anything goes wrong with the shipment, you will not enjoy dealing with them.

I needed to transport my pallet and was worried how it would be done, contacted this company. I was advised how I was supposed to package my engine, drained it, cleaned it and then strapped it to the pallet. I was kept informed all the way and received my pallet as per the given transit time. Would recommend to anyone.

i cant say their service is excellent, but their after sale service is good. Managing operations myself, I do understand it is team work with every team member's commitment to achieve targets, especially in current economy of competition. Therefore I personally appreciate their understanding and efforts trying to resolve the issues here.

Fantastic quick service. I booked a parcel delivery from the UK to Romania. Had a currier at the door within 2 hours of booking. It was delivered the next day. I was initially weary of going with parcel link, but having checked prices with the Royal Mail and other curriers, I decided to give it a go.The prices are very competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending parcel link and will be using them again.
