Brilliant. Bought the AlcoSense Lite 2 as a Xmas present for me. Used it a few times now and was shocked that I was still over the drive limit early the next morning. Before this I would have got in the car, but not now! i Wait until I'm zero. it's even made me stop drinking on work nights, start normally 6 am. This product should be in every car!

Fantastic purchase. I rely on driving for a living and needed to know what my alcohol limit was. Easy to use and clear reading given. Best to be in the know rather than risk drink driving.

Purchased the AlcoSense Special Edition 2 one week before Christmas 2020, more as a curiosity within the family to determine the “breathalyser” results of various levels of alcohol consumption. More consumption was taking place at home anyway, owing to varying Covid restrictions, so an ideal time for that experiment! Tested on four different adults, and the results were surprising for all. It brought home to all of us that even a normal and modest intake of alcohol over a period returned results that were towards breaching the breathalyser limit. A useful piece of kit, if for no other reason than showing how easy it could be to be “over the limit”. A good buy at £29.99 from a local supermarket.

Searched the internet for the best breathalyzer and alcosense came out on top. Whilst shopping in Lidl the following day they had the alcosense special edition 2 for half price. Have used the device which is simple to set up from the manual and I would fully recommend this breathalyzer.

Had meant to get one of these after the limit was reduced in Scotland, and with two young drivers in the house wanted to ensure that there were no problems with driving the day after. Excellent product. Good value, accurate and easy to use.

I received this over Christmas as I often wonder if I am still over the limit the morning after a few drinks. Very easy to use and shows results in seconds - I tested this over Christmas after one too many and it accurately showed my blood alcohol level decreasing over a few days once I had finished drinking. Really handy piece of equipment to own to ensure you are not caught out and over the limit the morning after having a drink.

I purchased an AlcoSence Special Edition 2 from Lidl just before Chrislmas which is a good time of year to sell them ! The first time I used it over Christmas in the morning I was slightly over the limit to drive, not much but over. I left it several more hours and tried again and had a LO displayed on the screen. Excellent bit of kit to make sure you are safe.

After owning an Alcosense Elite for many years, I sent it away for calibration. The unit was over 5 years old and was unable to hold calibration. I was offered a replacement unit, for which I was able to get a £20 trade-in for my old unit and the calibration costs were also deducted from the price of the new unit, so I upgraded and bought an Alosene Excel. The Excel is a sturdy wee unit and feels well made in the hand. The unit was very east to set up & use. I had to change the BAC level as I live in Scotland & this was also very straight forward. The unit gives clear and accurate results that would appear to be inline with what I might expect. Very pleased with the unit and even more pleased with Alcosense customer service!

These breathalyser are very good for the price you pay, a nice piece of kit, well made, handy to have, would recommend any one to have one of these

Purchased this item from Lidl, I am pleased with the purchase, however, tested myself this morning and had a reading of 5.4 but the don't drive symbol did not appear. Does anyone else have this problem?

So it started off great. However we were horrified to find that the more we drank the less accurate the blow tube became e.g inconsistent results 2.0 - low within minutes, how am I meant to drive safely, please send help x

Very happy with my first alcospens. I do not drink but I like to make sure that my guests can leave and drive safely home after they had a drink. We'd used it twice. Easy to use with quick results.

I brought my AlcoSence breathalise test kit from lidl so i have pease of mind when traveling to different countries in our motor home, its easy to use with good instructions provided.

If you Drink alcohol at all even moderately this is a must to stay out of your car etc . Very easy to use for peace of mind . Would highly recommend

Bought my first Alcosense Excel unit after classic case of "morning after" prosecution when I was sure I would be ok by "guessing" volume & clear time allowed. Big mistake. Excellent unit. Easy to use read & understand. no guessing. !!! Peace of mind.

I had a breathalyser when drink driving limit changed in UK and it never worked from the word go. I bought this Special Edition 2 from Lidl in December and it was easy to set up and worked first time. Very impressed as not good with technology and simple instructions to get started. Although not a big drinker just gives peace of mind the next morning. Excellent product.
