They are a bunch of knowledgeable people who give chance to students for excelling themselves in all subject areas. Initial response was impressive and service is outstanding. Whenever we try to contact them, they are available. My girl is very happy to learn through them and I am finding her more obedient nowadays. Their platform allows parents to follow what they teach! Discussions are healthy and study materials are fabulous.

This centre has provided the right encouragement to connect with the studies! My daughter is equipped to meet all educational hurdles.

Heytutor is an excellent website to find a tutor. They are great and have a vast understanding of what a student would expect of a tutor. They have worked for me as expected, even beyond I can say and found me a tutor who tackles with my children very well.

Excellent tutor, but hey tutor continues to charge each month once the tutoring is complete. Not once did the company inform me of the recurring charge. The customer service representative told me it was initially $55 per hour and then starting charging $70 per hour. I have reached out through various vehicles of communication and have not received a response to the charges. They have an answering service that will take the call with no call back.

Heytutor's customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. (To be clear, my tutor is awesome.) This company, however, is terrible. In my short time working with them they charged my card TWICE without my permission. Hundreds of dollars each time. When I reached out to support the representative HUNG UP on me! She was so rude! And honestly I was being super polite and did nothing to warrant her attitude. I myself am a customer success manager, so I understand the industry and the day-to-day of CSMs. If I ever behaved as this person did I would lose my job and rightfully so. Work with another company to get started with a tutor. I wish I would have.

Got a return call after contacting heytutor through their website. THE REP HUNG UP ON ME! Their website says their tutors are just a few miles from my house. I want someone local. He said everything is online, is that OK. I said I'd like a mix, at least a few face to face sessions. Then I expressed my disappointment that all these tutoring companies are misrepresenting the availability, pictures and locations of the tutors. He said, go to facebook or craig's list. have a good day. click. Be careful the other reviews support my experience.

I paid them $1650 for 30 hours of tutoring. All I got was a guy who came by for 1 hour and was unable to help me. This was about 9 months after I hired them. I asked for a refund and they said they weren’t available after 30 days. There was nothing said about this when I signed up. Do not give them your hard earned net pay. Do not hire them

I paid over $2000 which waS supposed to guarantee in person help. I stressed my child needed in person due to her accommodation and they promised they could do ut.They never sent anyone and had to it online. She did not pass the class and could not graduate. Had to pay another semester of college and once again they would not send anyone to help her. She ended with a d-. After graduation she retook the class at a community College and got a B. They are refusing to refund the unused portion to me and will nor respond to the Better Business Bureau.

Heytutor scammed me out of 400.00. I specifically signed up for one session, and they Placed me on reoccurring charges at 80.00 a month when I only needed them for one session. I even voiced this to them upon registering. I never used their service after the one time, but they continued to bill me 80.00 a month. When I called and asked for my money back, they refused to refund my money back for services I had not even received or requested. As a matter of fact the gentleman hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. Watch out they will place you on a reoccurring charge without your knowledge.

My grandaughter's tutor thought he was God's gift to tutors. He would cancel at the last minute, leaving her to struggle with her assignment. He finally quit on us because I couldn't work my schedule around all of the times he wanted off. Hey Tutor advised I would have to contact him, as they owed me $360 in unused funds. The tutor told me that I would have to ask Hey Tutor. Their phone line gives a constant busy signal. I began to use GoPeer, which is $20 a visit and pay as you go. Much more user friendly. Hey Tutor continues to try to charge my account. I would not recommend them.

Do not make the same mistake I made.8 sessions for 440.00. They did not inform me that it's a reoccurring charge every month. Tudor was basically worthless. Spoke a gentleman named Zackary. Very arrogant person. Contact your attorney General in your state. It's a scam.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!! Worst mistake i’ve ever made hireing this company they have tutors in other countrys tutoring you so you have to tutor after midnight. i could not understand their english and it was hard for me to understand them trying tutor me. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. i never gave them permision to take more money out of my bank account when my hours of tutor were low. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WIT THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE CALLING BBB ON THEM !!!!!!!!

Completely a scam. I stopped my service long time ago but they kept changing every month. I had to call bank every month to reverse the payment. The reason I got my money back because I told them that I was going to sue them

I just got off the phone with Hey Tutor. The call ended abruptly. I spoke with a gentleman, who assured me he had a tutor that had experience in teaching nursing students. When I asked about the experience there was no information as to whether they were current with the up-to-date information needed to pass nursing school. He basically just told me yes they had tutors. The call was ackward. He called me from a phone that sounded like he was on the go and couldnt even hear him. It just didnt feel comfortable. It was completely unprofessional. I felt he had no knowledge of what i needed and just wanted my money. I told him i didnt feel comfortable paying at this point. He hung up on me.

We called hey tutor and they assured us they will match my daughter and never did. We spent $650 dollars and never got a tutor. When asked about a refund they said you have to be unsuccessfuly matched with two tutors for a refund. I had my bank reverse the charges. The company lied and produced false documents as if we used their service. My bank reverse the charges back to Hey Tutor. I disputed the charges again. Ultimately l lost. They kept the money and l got nothing. This company is a scam. Buyers beware

This company is a scam they did not tell me it was a subscription when I called them they asked me if I needed one session or multiple I told them one I put my card there after the one session I never went back to the website they charged my card for 2 months and now they don’t want to refund me my money even though I did not use the service😡
