I paid the double amount for tax and have written you an E- Mail, who was ignored by the lens me team. I paid for shipping and as it was delivered at my home they charged for 28€ extra without informing me. for the lens me team who is not taking the responsibility I am disappointed. This was my 6th order from you and its going to be the last.

I purchased their Bella Elite contacts in grey beige, wanting some cute, natural contacts to spice up my look a little. They did just the trick- they look totally natural and they're super comfortable! They arrived quickly and the packaging was nice too. I was a little worried because I had read that colored contacts usually dry your eyes out and block airflow from the cornea- but I wear them only every now and then and they feel just as comfortable as my regular contacts! I'm definitely going to try some other colors out from lens.me in the future :)

I always get my order on time but the color I get is always different than I expect. They are always lighter than the color I order.

The delivery was fine but the color of the lenses was not what I expected. I am disappointed in the color blue, they look too fake.

I have ordered lenses from them twice and each time the order has been correct and the shipping is amazing. This is a very professionally run company and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I absolutely love ordering my contacts through lens.me! I have ordered twice now and the first time I ordered the Solotica Hydrocor. They are great yearlies. The second time I ordered, I got some Acuvue Define Accents, which are the most comfortable lenses I have ever worn in my life. Both times the lenses shipped super fast and came packaged beautifully.
