So I ordered a pair of contacts thinking they came in pairs but they come individually because people have different Eye sights. Which makes so much sense! & which is amazing that they offer that besides the point I was frustrated thinking I got ripped off so I wrote customer service & yes I was a little mean at first my apologies I was just upset because I really wanted to wear these & I was so excited at the same time but Stephanie on live chat explain Everything very professional also dhessa they both are amazing & deserve a raise because I know dealing with us customers aren't easy we are selfish sometimes & dont think bout how hard you guys are working during this time so I wanted to leave a review on how amazing your customer service is & I ordered my sec lens !! I'm deff coming back so worth it! & the The contacts looks so natural I couldn't even find in the bottle haha I thought I just bout solution a min but 5 stars! Amazing . You won't regret!

1st time customer. Website is clear and easy to order. Emailed customer service was fast and very helpful. Shipping was fast also. My packaging arrived in very poor conditio but the contacts Inside were not damaged. I’ve seen a few unboxing and have friends that routinely order from Lens me and have never seen a problem with damaged packaging.

I regret not buying from this company sooner, this online contact lens retailer has got to be one of the best that I ever bought from, a week and a half ago I order the colored contacts Bella Elite Silky Gold and the color was so gorgeous. The lenses arrived in the retailers signature box and inside had a special note which was such a nice touch. Their customer service was amazing they were so professional when they responded to my questions and the shipping that they offer was so fast and will absolutely purchase more contact brands from them again.

I just got my contacts! And I love them! The color is stunning! The comfort level is good. Not quite as good and clear contacts but definitely comfortable. Being the impatient person I am I was fully expecting them to take up to two weeks to arrive from Dubai to the USA, imagine my surprise when they were delivered in two days! I did order them in a prescription and the prescription is dead on exact. I would HIGHLY recommend Solotica contacts and even more highly recommend ordering from Lens.Me.

I wanted to try these after watching a youtube video and reading the reviews. I was soooooo excited when they arrived 3 darn days after I ordered them which was amazing in itself!!! Unfortunately I could hardly see when I put them in. I could see when i looked in the mirror that the opening for the pupil did not fit, it was off center so the outer part of both pupils were covered by the colored part of the lens which made it hard to see. I got onto a chat online immediately and the gal was extremely helpful. she had me take photos and send them to her. She also gave me a list of things to do in an effort to fix the problem. Not sure if it will work or make much of a difference.... I hope so because I LOVE the color! either way, the customer service is outstanding and shipping is lightning fast. UPDATE- after 8 days of back and forth and with someone new each day even tho I was replying to the SAME email chain I could not get them to help me. It was clear there was a disconnect, probably the language barrier but whatever. The issue seemed to be that the lens was too big for my eye, they explained the sizes were in the product page. I’m like sizes? Why doesn’t one size fit all? College taught me eyeballs are the same size at births as they are at death so what’s with size. Well, since I never had contacts why would I care what base curve and diameter mean...... one would think since so many DON’T know that their should be an HUGE disclaimer that says “WARNING- NOT ALL CONTACTS WILL FIT- CONTACT FITTING STRONGLY ADVISED” with the sh!t ton of money they are making you would think they would offer more than 5% off my next order. In my opinion, they could do a way better job with advertising their product. Seems they are taking advantage of those who don’t know anything about contacts Mx $70 is a good chunk of money to throw down so..... I’m a little jaded. Unicoeye.... don’t get me started on that company.
