I find it refreshing to deal with people who are genuinely expert in choosing healthcare products. My experience is that they give you honest and practical advice. Health is particularly important and it is good to deal with a company that knows and practices this.

Healthcare were efficient and polite. Free postage for a £100 item woud have been good, as would be the option to exclude vat at source on completion of a declaration on qualifying items . Otherwise excellent to deal with

Great customer service. Although the bulb stopped working after two days, they are sending a replacement bulb. I was quite upset with the situation and I do understand its quite dificult to evaluate situation due to the nature of the product. Company provides great customer service and they do care about the quality products and the service they provide. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the customer service regarding quick response and ability to resolve issues with orders or order inquiries.
