My son was attending a wedding and wanted a tartan face covering to match his kilt. I phoned as it was close to the wedding and spoke with David who said he would lookout for my order. I placed the order online, mentioning the date of the wedding. I received a phone call from David to let me know the mask had arrived and he was sending it out by Royal Mail. It was delivered in good time and was of excellent quality, my son was delighted. I thought this level of service was excellent and was touched with the handwritten thank you note.
