Product choices and promos are good. However packaging of some pricey products in my recent order were damaged with delicate cases fallen to the bottom of loosely packaged box. This is mostly very unhygienic and not a good representation of the highly reputed brands. The delivery by their local partner was very rocky too with wrong notifications! They don’t respond to my emails either. I am expecting another package today. Hope not to experience these issues again so that I can benefit from a way improved customer in the future!

I just receive My order and i am quite disappointed because 2 produits where broken …especially thé skin fondation (more than70 €!!!!) This is the very first time i am so sad receiving an order for more than 250€ in this way….

I got my order fairly quickly with DHL. I received everything beautifully bubble wrapped and safe, but haven't received my free samples with purchase. To be honest they sent an email saying that some of the ordered products were being shipped, but only the free samples are missing.Definitely a trustworthy company, I'm interested in ordering from there again

Ich war sehr lange treue Kundin und finde das Angebot der Seite, die Aufmachung, den Kundenservice und die Giveaways klasse. Allerdings habe ich erst durch die Verwendung von Codecheck herausgefunden, dass die unter "Clean" gelisteten Produkte keineswegs clean sind. Auch die Filter sind schlicht falsch, denn man bekommt zum Beispiel trotz des aktivierten Filters "ohne Silikon" Produkte MIT Silikonöl gelistet. Das hat dazu geführt, dass ich jahrelang Produkte über die Seite gekauft habe, die Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, die für mich und die Umwelt äußerst schädlich sein können - ich fühle mich getäuscht. Viele Kundinnen wollen sich nicht mehr täglich schädliche Kosmetikprodukte ins Gesicht schmieren, die das Wasser verschmutzen (nicht abbaubare Kunststoffe), in den Hormonhaushalt eingreifen und zum Teil in Ländern verboten sind (CI 15985 (YELLOW 6). Kaum ein als "Clean" verkauftes Produkt von Niche Beauty ist wirklich "clean", also frei von potenziell schädlichen Inhaltsstoffen. Dabei sind cleane Nischen-Marken doch massenhaft am Markt verfügbar! Sie in der Clean-Kategorie zu erwerben sollte eine Seite wie Niche Kosmetik, wo man extra einen deutlich höheren Preis zahlt als in der Drogerie, ermöglichen. Ich werde nicht weiter dort einkaufen, bis der Filter korrekte Ergebnisse anzeigt.

I’ve been a NB customer for a couple of years and have to say that they used to mir better. The last delivery took almost a week (ordered on Sunday and the package was dispatched on Thursday and received on Saturday) – much longer than anticipated and what I’m used to from other sellers like Sephora or even UK brands. Like other customers I had an issue with the promised samples: I only got one and wouldn’t really bother if they wouldn’t advertise them so offensively.

Schnelle Lieferung, gute Komunikation

I was very pleasantly surprised how fast the parcel / my order came to my house. But in general i like Niche-Beauty, i appreciate very much that they do sales, appreciate that the products are original and have the best quality. Would like to see more perfume brands though and maybe some samples. Only because I would like to shop for here.

I am completely satisfied with everything. The delivery was fast and could be tracked after dispatch. The perfume itself is of the best quality and the price is great. However, the two free samples were not included in the order.

The products are okay, but that’s not the site's doing. The advertising is misleading—no sign of any samples, despite the promise of receiving two samples with every order. I didn't receive any this time or with my previous order. Very disappointing.
