Germany | 03 October 2024I made an order on 06.09.2024, and today is 02.10.2024, but I still haven’t received it. The package was lost by DHL, which can happen. However, the customer service at Niche-Beauty is terrible. They either ignore my emails or ask me to fill out a form to start an investigation. I have filled this form three times, and they always say it’s not correct. The last time, they asked me to provide the correct tracking number in the form, which I did. I even checked it several times. I asked ChatGPT to compare the numbers, and it said, ‘Yes, the number you have written is correct.’ Even a machine can see it’s right, but for them, it’s still wrong.

Germany | 02 October 2024Eigentlich liebe ich die Auswahl der Produkte aus diesem Shop, und bin damit auch immer sehr zufrieden. Wo ich allerdings Kritik aussprechen muss, ist der Versandservice. Ich habe zweimal mit Express bestellt, und zweimal wurden die Produkte nicht innerhalb der zugesagten Zeit ausgeliefert. So etwas ärgert mich als Endverbraucher, und es lag nicht am Auslieferer. Wenn ich als Anbieter dem Kunden zusage, die Bestellung ist am nächsten Werktag vor 15 Uhr beim Kunden, dann gehe ich davon aus, dass ich mich darauf verlassen kann. Wenn die Bestellung allerdings nach 36 Std nicht einmal auf dem Weg ist, dann sollte man diesen Service nicht anbieten. Zumal der Service mir telefonisch heute Morgen noch mitgeteilt, die Sendung ist selbstverständlich auf dem Weg. Jetzt fahre ich ohne das ein oder andere Produkt in den Urlaub, einfach nur Schade.

Austria | 02 October 2024War meine erste Bestellung. Zu den Produkten kann ich noch nichts sagen, weil die Lieferung gerade erst angekommen ist. Bin bisschen enttäuscht, dass das Willkommensgeschenk nicht automatisch mitgeliefert wurde. Muss man extra in den Warenkorb legen- also mitbestellen. Mail mit dieser Info leider erst nach der Bestellung gelesen.

Italy | 27 September 2024My package arrived with a broken shampoo. Said shampoo was without box, "protected" only by a couple thin sheets of paper that were used to fille the box. The broken shampoo spread liquid everywhere and soaked another item, a fragrance discovery box (made of paper, without plastic envelope). I immediately contacted them by mail on 12/09, describing the damage, both of the shampoo and the discovery kit and sending numerous pictures. I received my first respose in form of an automatic mail on 16/09, which asked me again to describe the problem and send pictures. During the following days I received the same automatic mail more times. I was finally refounded on 24/09 (12 days after I got my damaged order and contacted them for the 1st time) but only for the shampoo, and nothing was said about the discovery kit. When I asked their response was that "As the damage only affected the outside of the packaging, this does not affect the use of the products inside". Such damage on the outside happened because the items were not adequately protected ( no box at all for the shampoo, not plastic envelope for the discovery kit, not enough filling in the box). The discovery kit arrived significantly not as described, and It was originally mean as a gift. Even if i wanted to keep it for collection now, It is unpresentable. I would say this is truly terrible standards, especially for a shop that deals with "niche" products. I forgot to add: impossible to contact them trough their phone number, as It will automatically terminate the call.

Un mes lidiando con estos estafadores.....Hay que contactarles varias veces porque "olvidan" enviar el pedido, cuando finalmente lo hacen es con la dirección y el móvil del cliente incompletos o incorrectos. Su servicio de mensajería no lo entrega y hace caso omiso de las llamadas/correos del destinatario del paquete. Mientras tanto, Niche Beauty no responde a los mensajes del comprador, tampoco contacta con el courier y una vez que el courier devuelve el paquete a Niche Beauty, ésta se niega a reenviar al comprador los productos pagados hace un mes o a reembolsar el importe pagado. Es una vergüenza que una compañía así pueda vender productos online. Las plataformas de venta online deberían ser un espacio seguro para garantizar la confianza de los compradores.

Germany | 24 September 2024I received an empty box full of wrapping papers. This was my first order and is definitely the last! None of the items I ordered were in the box. I don't think it's a scam but they are extremely unreliable. Be VERY CAREFUL before buying. The DHL label shows the weight of the box which clearly indicates that it can't be anything more than a handful of papers. (I ordered a perfume bottle so it's a heavier glass item). Yet, instead of investigating this internally, they make the already victimized customer work for it. The customer services takes days to answer. Every time, they ask for different information instead of asking for it all at once. First they asked for photos. Then in another email they asked me to fill a form. I needed the item immediately and this is the slowest and most terrible service I've encountered with a beauty shop. NEVER AGAIN! ESPECIALLY WITH EXPENSIVE ITEMS, AND MORE SPECIFICALLY WITH PERFUMES!
