This is an updated review. I have finally received my package after I completely lost hope for that. However, it has never arrived to my address. It was delivered to my neighbour, but not note was left for us at all! The communication with the customer service was rather poor, they didn't provide any updates and finally I got a response from them after providing a negative review on here and reporting a missing delivery. I think customer service and communication could be better.

Die Produkte sind sehr gut und es gibt immer wieder sehr gute Angebote, Rabatte oder Geschenke! teilweise leider lange Zustellzeiten und Probleme im Falle von Reklamationen

Ich habe am 15.7 eine Bestellung von fast 100 Euro aufgegeben. Ich habe weder eine Sendungsnummer noch iwas bekommen und warte bis heute auf mein Paket. Klarna will natürlich das Geld nun haben und ich stehe ohne Ware da. War das erste und letzte mal, dass ich dort bestellen werde! Schade, denn ich habe mich auf die Produkte gefreut.

Ich bestelle schon seit einigen Jahren bei Niche - die Produkte sind toll, die Gratis-Bags & der Adventskalender super! Einzig als ich eine Reklamation hatte, wurde ich enttäuscht (LED-Maske von Caglia) vom Kundenservice: erst hing ich wochenlang in der Warteschleife, Dann wurde meine Anfrage abgetan mit der Aussage, dass die Produkte nicht mehr im Sortiment sind. Das fand ich etwas spärlich… Daher nur vier von fünf Punkten.

I ordered a product from niche beauty and the shipment was returned to sender. It never arrived and they have not refunded me. It’s been over a month. They do not reply to my emails either. Very disappointed and would never order here again.

I write here, because it seems to be the only place you answer. I have emailed you several times with no response. 18.7 I placed an order (order no. GE6316026185NL). Via the tracking link on DHL I see that the goods have been sent back to you "The shipment has been returned to shipper or country of origin as instructed or according to our standard procedure." There were problems last time with delivery as well and then you paid back. Now I paid with Klarna and you must immediately remove my invoice!

Sehr schnell und gut verpackt

Die Verpackung hat mir nicht gefallen. Ein riesiger Karton (größer als ein Schuhkarton) für einen kleinen Rougestift, der dann natürlich mit mehreren Lagen Plastikluftpolsterfolie ausgelegt werden muss, ist unzeitgemäß.

Ich bin mit allem sehr zufrieden 👍🏻 von den Produkten bis hin zum Versand…Kundenservice und Preis Leistung. Auch das es immer wieder und oft Rabatte gibt . Einfach toll👏👏👏. Ich bin großer Fan von Oskia und By Gretel und diese Marken kann man nicht überall kaufen. Super sind auch die Kosmetikproben. Weiter so….👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Danke 🌸

Tolle Produktauswahl. Regelmäßig Rabattaktionen/Gutscheine, was gut ist, da die meisten Produkte hohe Preise haben.

i had not ordered from this company before but now i know I never will again! I ordered a 300.00 of BYREDO scents and after not hearing from them emailed ( im in US ) my order had been shipped with DHL and when I looked on the order it had traking so I looked it up and it said we cant ship to this address so will be shipping back the parcel. I live in Los Angels and use DHL all the time so have no idea what happened but the customer service has no idea what they are doing...its been three weeks now and they email me with the same no response response. Today they said we are sorry your order was shopped back to us and we will refund you once we have it back in our warehouse. This could take weeks.....its already been weeks??? this had nothing to do with me, and I feel like they are a shady company giving me the run around....I am going to try and reach the head office and try and get my refund....no reliable company withholds funds when the error comes from their side and after three weeks I would imagine they have the parcel back at their warehouse....buyer beware!

29.07.2024 Order number GE6375942988NL I made an order above the 220 euro. I saw in the factuur later that the did not send the bag with the samples (the bayage) I phone and they said it is inside ik was not. This is not the way you want to ben treated. So when do I see mij bayage bag with samples? Tina See the picture
