Switzerland | 14 May 2024Ware nach 2 Wochen immer noch nicht versandt, obwohl am Tag der Bestellung mit "Versandte Artikel" bestätigt wurde. Auf Mail-Anfragen muss man in der Regel mind. drei Tage warten, bevor sie beantwortet werden. Die Bitte auf Rückerstattung wurde ebenfalls abgewiesen.

I sent an email last week asking for an update - completely understandable if there are delays, but you should let your customers know. I see on here that I am not the only one with this issue. EDIT 17.05.2024 - yes, I did send an email to your customer email address to which I received a rather generic response consisting of 'shortly' and 'as soon as possible'. The package has now also been shipped, but not yet picked up by DHL at your premises. I hope it will indeed arrive shortly now, more than 2 weeks after having chosen Express Shipping. EDIT 23.05.2024 - parcel arrived 19 days after ordering with Express shipping. Thankfully no items were missing. To anyone reading this review: I would only order from Niche Beauty if you have a lot of patience.

Germany | 13 May 2024At first I loved it but with time the company seems to be overwhelmed by its success. The Sortiment is variable: items that have been in range for years suddenly disappear from the sortiment (not even not available, simply not there). In addition items out of stock is insanely high. You are forced to make several orders that trigger then shipping costs. The international shipping is a disaster: my last order was made on May 1 and it has not yet been shipped. If I had known I would have never made the order. The profile / account in internet has flaws: the addresses saved in the profile cannot be used when sending international. They are automatically transformed into “German” addresses… I called the customer service and no one could help. I got said the IT service would call me back. That was a week ago and of course , surprise surprise, no one has called and is May 12. For the VIP club I was supposed to get a welcome gift : never got it. The list is getting longer for such expensive products.

Austria | 11 May 2024Angebot, Bestellmodus, Verpackung sehr gut. Meine Nur-3-Stern- Bewertung bezieht sich auf Ihre falsche Angabe der Hausnummer: es ist eine kombinierte Nr (3B/ A6). Ihr IT- Programm hat nur die 6 aufgedruckt. Das ist ein völlig anderes Haus. Ich hab inzwischen meine Adresse im Kundenkonto abgeändert, in der Hoffnung, dass es beim nächsten Mal klappt. Die 5 Sterne gebühren meinem Postzusteller, der die Pakete an die richtige Hausnummer geliefert hat.

Switzerland | 11 May 2024Am 4.5. mit Expressversand (1-2 Tage) bestellt, bis heute wurde das Paket nicht versendet! Im Paket wären ua Geschenke für den Muttertag. Kundendienst wurde am Mittwoch per e-mail kontaktiert, natürlich keine Antwort bisher. Das Unternehmen und der Kundenservice werden immer miserabler!

Italy | 09 May 2024I strongly suspect that this company is a scam or it is on the verge of bankruptcy, which is why it's withholding customers' money without delivering their products or issuing refunds. Look what I've experienced here. I placed my order on March 23rd, and it has never been dispatched. When I first contacted them via email on April 7th or 8th to inquire about my order, they provided me with a tracking number associated with another person's order in Spain, despite my shipping address being in Italy. After multiple email exchanges and weeks of supposed investigation, they finally admitted that it wasn't my order. Also, during this investigation they said they would contact me ASAP once there was updates, but they never did. I had to constantly follow up with them to get any information. Finally, without explaining why order was not and cannot be shipped, they claimed to have issued my refund on April 22nd and assured me it would reflect in my account within 7 business days, but as of May 9th, I have not received any refund. I wrote to them multiple times informing them of this, but now they don't even reply anymore. I also tried calling them, but the phone call never goes through. What's a nightmare. I have wasted an immense amount of time on this matter since March 23rd. I deeply regret not reading reviews of this company before placing my order. Just escape this company at all cost. My suspicion is that they are experiencing severe financial difficulties, which is why they are unable to fulfill orders or issue refunds. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. my order number is GE5647087898NL and the customer service case is ID-14149645. UPDATE: I just started a payment dispute from my bank. Guys this company is a scam. Don't expect them to ever ship your products or to refund you. Just report them as fraudulent to your bank and start a dispute to possibly get your money back.

Heute früh Anfrage via E-Mail, leider keine Antwort. Etwas enttäuschend, die Seite hat eigtl. Einen guten eindruck gemacht. Hoffe ich erhalte noch die bestellte Ware. Liebe Grüsse Sandra
