And he was right, the Monika sleeper is so comfy and user-friendly that we plan to purchase another one in the near future. And more importantly, James made sure that we got the sleeper in such a short time, just in time for an upcoming family event. Delivery people were super efficient too!!!

Thought they didn’t have a huge selection of sectionals on the site yet but wherever they had was of very good quality, taste and at very reasonable price. We ended up picking Picasso. Delivery was perfect and we absolutely love the piece. We would surely shop again on this site.

United States | 14 March 2023We bought a Delta Sectional Sofa Sleeper. With White Glove Delivery (transportation and installation). We had various issues with this. First the installers were going to drop the furniture and then leave. My wife told them this is an all inclusive service including installation. Then they started to work on it. Secondly, the assemblers were not familiarized with the type of sofa and the installation process for this specific product. The pieces came as a loveseat with 2 arm rests all together and the chaise without arm rest. We (my wife and I) had to tell them how to remove the arm rest from the loveseat and use it in the chaisse and then where to place the fittings for both pieces to get together and then the location of legs. Clearly not the White Glove treatment we paid for. Lastly but not least in importance, when they were manipulating boxes and sofa pieces, they scratched the wooden floor in at least 4 different places. Those are big and noticeable scratches in the wood planks that now require repair or replacement. We are extremely dissapointed with this service and how this was managed. Given we bought the sofa with White Glove Delivery including transportation and installation we are requiring that your company resolves this.

I did not like my purchase and they offered me a discount on a future item which I never received. The return policy is very strict. There are none. I’m not used to that from retailers. So lesson learned.

United States | 01 February 2023I would not order from this company again, and here’s why. I ordered a Luonto king size sleeper sofa from this on-line Luonto dealer, sofabed.com, rather than the brick and mortar dealer in my hometown specifically because James with sofabed.com stated that it would be no problem to get the sleeper sofa delivered before my out-of-town guests arrived on Dec. 22, 2022. James confirmed that it was a 3-4 week delivery time, and by my ordering soon they could get the sofa delivered in time. I explained to James where I lived and the size of my driveway (it cannot handle semi trucks), and James said that would not be a problem. I ordered that same day, Nov 23, 2022. The couch shipped out from South Carolina (not Dallas where sofabed.com is located, which is much closer to me in NM) and arrived at a hub city 3 hours from my house on Dec 12, 2022. Unfortunately sofabed.com uses a poor delivery company for their orders: Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery (MWD). I didn’t receive any call from MWD, so I called them on Dec. 15th. I discovered that they had the wrong delivery address (a random address about 30 minutes from my house) associated with my order, and was told by MWD that I would have to get the seller to correct the address with them. So I had to jump through those hoops. MWD refused to set a delivery date for my sofa before or after the address correction because they stated my home was considered a “remote address” and they would not deliver to my area until they had enough orders to deliver to my area, whenever that may be. On Dec 16 2022, I received a call from MWD that the seller had released the sofa for me to pick up. WTH? As if I have a truck and the means to drive 6 hours round trip to pick up a 250 lb, 80 inch long sofa sleeper for which I paid for “white glove delivery” to my home. So then I had to contact James again and get him to fix this error. He stated he got me confused with another customer, and he did correct it. After 4 phone calls to MWD over the following week, each lasting about 30 minutes since they put one on hold for a long time, the response was always the same: they couldn’t schedule my delivery until the hub supervisor decided it was worth their while. I texted James to see if he could help me but his response was that the delivery company delivers based upon volume (not what he told me when I asked before I bought the sofa), and that he would try to help, but then then I never heard back from James regarding getting a delivery scheduled. So my guests arrived Dec 22nd and I had no sleeper sofa. Finally MWD contacted me that they would deliver Dec 28th, the day before my guests were leaving. I had to re-email/forward directions to my house to MWD because they didn’t have the directions connected to my order. The driver kept in contact that delivery day and arrived as stated. He had a petite female assisting him, so one of my houseguests carried the sofa from the truck into the house with the delivery man. The driver told me he had been up delivering in my area later in the week of Dec. 12th, which was while my sofa was sitting in the hub, so that was annoying to all of us hearing that. The Lunoto sleeper sofa is very nice and there was no damage to my house or to the sofa during delivery. However, I would not order from sofabed.com again because (1) James misrepresented the delivery timing of the sofa (2) the incorrect address given to MWD for my order (or MWD mixed it up with another order), (3) James incorrectly told MWD that the sofa was to be released to me for pick up and thus, MWD didn’t have to deliver the sofa to my home. Subsequent to the sofa delivery on 12-28-22, MWD emailed me twice and left me 2 voicemails on Jan 11 and Jan 13th 2023 stating my sofa was scheduled to be delivered the week of Jan 16th: on Jan 20th. So MWD couldn’t even keep track of when they delivered the sofa and had my sofa listed as delivered Jan 25th via their tracking system, with all sorts of erroneous tracking information between Dec 29th, 2022 and Jan 25th, 2023 unless some other person got a bonus sofa delivered. Beware that the delivery company that sofabed.com uses does not have good customer reviews. Update: After I posted this review, sofabed.com as well as the shipping company reached out to me. Sofabed.com refunded the delivery fee to my credit card, which I do appreciate. I'm not sure why the response from the seller was that he had 'wished he had known.' I had sent several texts to the seller (James) as well as a lengthy email to sales on 12-17-22 regarding my delivery problems, trying to get the sofa delivered on-time. I had no response to my email and no follow-up re delivery, with the last text response from James being that it was up to the delivery company when I got my sofa, not the seller.

United States | 21 December 2022Love this sofa sleeper so far. Design of the sleeper looks like it will last much longer than typical matress folding sofa beds. Cussions/pads are firm and comfortable, and look durable. Sofa's design is neutral and can fit many settings/places. Wish this brand offer more sleek and modern looking sofa designs, but happy they are not dated looking. Easy to unfold/fold back. Sofa is quite heavy, so if you're not trying to lift/move it, this factor is not important. Looking forward to my overnight guest's feedback.
