United Kingdom | 27 November 2024This company uses Amazon for delivery and the wrong address was set for the delivery. Amazon said that they couldn’t change the address it was up to the sending company. To get Perfect House Signs to amend the details, I wrote emails, numerous, I phoned 10 times. They never responded. This must be the company with the worst customer service in England. If I had to do it again, I would choose a different company and advise you to do the same. I gave the company two stars as the sign eventually arrived, my ex-neighbour had to post it to me. Beware.

Have emailed and used live chat several times to ask about returning this and haven’t had a single response. This customer service doesn’t match what they claim on their website regarding returns. United Kingdom | 13 September 2024Ordered a sign for my house name. I specifically asked for capital first letter then lower case, but they sent it all capitals. When I raised a complaint there response stated they can't use lower case as the letters would be to fragile, which is just an excuse not to rectify this or send a refund. No where on there website does it say it must all be in capitals and using lower case letters doesn't change the thickness or strength of the letters. They sell very similar signs with tiny letters for the street name so what's the difference other than an lame excuse. They don't answer the phone or respond to their web chat and only responded once to several emails I sent. This company offers great value but zero customer service if they get it wrong. Good luck trying to get your money back... 18-Sep Update After 2 days of no response, Perfect House Signs responded within 30mins of this post going live. They offered to remake the sign as requested (as it was possible) and send an image proof using the small (lower case) letters before they re-made it. Having already ordered a sign from an alternative company, I asked for a refund. In short they were happy to send a refund, but only 'after' I removed this post, which to me feels like blackmail. I care more about their behaviour than I do a refund, which these days is less than a round of drinks at the local pub or coffee shop. This company really needs review their conduct and understand what customer service is.
