DO NOT BUY! I received a product that looked nothing like the colour displayed on the website. It took almost 2 weeks to get through to customer service and all they said was “colours may vary depending on device”. After I pointed out I tried viewing it on other devices they ceased communication with me! Now I’m left with a product that will not go with my home and therefore cannot be used and out of money to purchase a decent one from somewhere else. Awful customer service, poor quality and misleading advertisement.

Not received my order from 30/5/24 I’ve emailed 2 times but no reply. You can’t get through on the phone - disappointed.

The sign itself was lovely. Bought for a friend and she loves it. Took a while from order to delivery, no shipping update! But got here eventually.

Our house sign arrived very promptly and looks lovely considering how cheap they are - thank you! However, the plugs on the back are wonky, therefore when up on the house wall the sign doesn’t secure straight. I have tried contacting via all methods of communication on your website but have had no luck in getting this resolved. If this can be resolved I would have no problem in giving a 5* rating.

I have received the same order today and i was really looking forward to it . But it was so demotivating when i opened the box. The name plate look very dirty and old and sooo many scratches. The plate seems to be damaged:((. Very bad quality , looks like engraving the name in damage plate . Very very poor quality.

Solar house number received very well packaged, looks lovely on the front of the house. Received so many compliments from family and neighbours. Cannot recommend this item enough .

Definitely a scam stay clear. Placed an order cannot get any delivery or correspondence from the company. Not answering emails, web chat or phone
