I'm not going to lie, I hate dealing with debt collection agencies because of how aggressive they can be But I do like how this company runs their system. Between the non-threatening emails, multiple payment options, and actually having the option of having no interactions with people, it's definitely a pleasurable experience dealing with my poor decisions from the past.
