Speaking to my experience setting a re-payment plan up, via an email they sent me regarding my account. It was so super easy! From knowing my options, to get into the website through the email was seamless. It took me right where I needed be to be able to manage my account. Then, step by step, walked me through how to set up the payment plan. They even had a consolidation offer, which was pretty great! I have yet to talk to somebody on the phone but will update if I do.

Honestly, they took something that was a big stress in my life and made it simple to deal with. I seriously appreciate it thank you.

I am so thankful that my account got taken over by Halsted Financial Services! I had fallen behind on payments to my original creditor and they could not work with me. Halsted was able to accept my offer to pay what I could monthly and this allows me to take care of my obligation to repay my account, but in a way that is manageable for me!
