My original creditor made it incredibly hard to make payments without calling which was such a long process. I work full time like most and not much time between for calls. They built an online process that was not accessible so often. Halstead took over as collector and made it UNBELIEVABLY EASY to arrange payments. I paid my debt in two payments easy because of this service. THANK YOU for being easy to work with for me. More companies should follow YOU.

They could have given me the offer of 50.00 at first instead of 100.00 cause my monthly payments were not that much before I let the credit card go so for behind I could not have been able to pay 100.00 . But I know it was my responsibility to pay the credit card

Easy to work with

I wanted to pay my debts but couldnt afford it. Halsted gave me 4 different options to pay. A couple options even offer a % off the balance! So because Halsted gave me these options, i will be able to pay this off in 4 months! That makes me very happy and helps with the stress. I am very appreciative to Halsted for giving me the opportunity to pay my debt.
