Halsted Financial Services makes a difficult situation easier to handle with their professionalism and efficiency.

I wish all collection agencies operated like they do. They worked with me on a payment option without hesitation and it is greatly appreciated. I don’t mind paying my outstanding bill to those act like they actually care and can understand people go through tough times.

I had a very respectable agent that worked with me. I asked to have my monthly payments deducted from my account weekly instead . She set it up for me in a timely manner and even encouraged me by saying that I did the right thing, she was so pleasant.

Everybody goes through tough times. When people start getting bombarded with phone calls after phone calls after phone calls, that can be pretty stressful.. knowing that you have so much on your shoulders people do not wish to be put in those positions due to financial hardships. Halsted has a way more efficient system that has been put in place. it was that fast they sent a text message with the website gave you options. You chose the options that you want it and that was it. Like it

Halsted Financial Services was so easy to work with. They give you a handful of choices to accommodate. You can even select your own payment plan. I didn't feel like a criminal. I was treated like a human being with respect and I appreciate it.

Very easy people to work with

They do not give credit if you pay extra or early. I set up an arrangement and made a payment before my first payment was due. The second payment was drafted as agreed. However, the final payment they attempted was for the full amount originally scheduled, not taking into consideration that I had made an early payment thus making my final balance less than my final payment amount. When I try to call, I get several rings and then a disconnection. When I try to email, I receive a message telling me to call.
