Possibly the only Collections Company in the world that actually cares. They gave me Birthday Offers on both of my accounts, almost 75% off of both, I have never had any debt owner of mine even say happy birthday.. let alone give offers with over $1,000 OFF between two accounts. Sadly my card declined on the scheduled day, I checked and the offers were nullified :( How sad, thought I messed this amazing opportunity up. I wrote an email to their customer service representatives the next day explaining the situation and how important those offers were to me… Within 10 minutes, on a friday, i received a response. No nonsense, no attitude, no “maybe let me check with my boss”, just a straight up “please provide the dates you would like it to begin”. Wont be messing this one up, other Collection Agencies should be taking notes. I dont know whos Idea it was, what philosophy you use to manage people, what your internal leadership looks like, but I do know one thing… They are doing it better than anyone else in the game of Debt Collecting. Thank you guys again, I will happily default on my debt again in the future just to keep our relationship alive ;) Good job, and keep up the amazing work. p.s. To other poverty stricken members of the american society like myself, they are still in the business of taking money from people that typically do not have much.. or any.. So, represent yourself correctly, PAY YOUR DEBTS, and get rid of your collection accounts so you can step out of that economic apartheid.
