The majority of debt collectors don't seem to understand that constant badgering does not facilitate a willingness to cooperate. Halstead is not in the majority. They approach the situation from a position of understanding and offer several options for repayment that consider the potential different financial situations of the debtors. Their approach made me feel far more willing to work with them. I would rather deal with a company like this than one that is constantly calling under restricted numbers and leaving messages that are borderline threatening. Halstead does good work and is now a contributing factor to the repair of my credit following a short period of financial difficulty.

Never Happy to give up cash….. but I Am happy that they work around my schedule & went beyond their call of duty in doing so.
