It was so easy to set up a payment plan. Not only that, there were several options for plans, which could fit probably almost any situation. No harrassing calls, no barrage of emails; just reminder emails of my upcoming payments. I'd pay all my old bills through them if I could!

An old ex of mine decided to call the ambulance on me one night when I was having a ptsd nightmare and was choking I my sleep. Instead of gently waking me he called am ambulance and I was loaded in. This gave me a very big medical bill I couldn't pay right away. But they are making it so much easier for me to pay off what I owe in small payments that I can afford and even giving a discount on the first payment to make it more affordable to me in my current financial issues with my husband not working everything falls on me. But I think I can rest in peace knowing that I'm not being charged an arm and a leg to pay off a very old medical bill.
