It's easy to setup and easy for my customers to book services online using their computer or mobile device. Connecting my domain to my SimplyBook.me site was easy, as there's instructions and a help database built in to the system. Additionally, whenever I need help with anything, or to ask questions, the site has a chat service that immediately connects with with a customer service agent who provides real time support. Connecting the site to my online payment processor was seamless and the range of customizability is vast. I have not found another service that is this comprehensive, which includes so many options for expanding my business to include class and training bookings, etc. If there are features not currently available, they have the structure in place to send feature request to their developers. It's a great service.

At least that's what I thought the problem is if you want any customization before you realize it your on an over priced plan. They require custom features to do almost anything custom but if I want something as simple as add on services it requires 2 custom features and since I only get 8 at their $30 a month plan. It might be good for the simplest of booking but then again a simple form on my website could do that.

We had signed up with them for a Google Reserve feature for one of our clients and right from the start we had issues syncing calendars and how their booking page was designed.

As I mentioned, I already use various applications across different industries, but none compare to SimplyBook.me in terms of customer support. Half a year after canceling my service, I still have an open subscription being billed, but I have no access to my account because it is closed. Because it is closed, customer service can't do anything either. But worst is, my booking link still works and some client find it on the web and book. Because I am using a different booking system now, I get double bookings. Again, customer service does NOTHING. What kind of company is this. I am outraged.

The company is targetting my account becasue I have been compalining about their system. I've visited other companies that use the service and theirs are working fine. Needs to be investigated!!
