France | 19 March 2025J’avais du mal à configurer le calendrier comme je le souhaitais ( ex. Des créneaux d’1 heure et démarrables à chaque quart d’heure). Le super support en hotline à prix modéré m’a réglé cela comme une horloge, m’epargnant des heures de tâtonnement loin de ma zone de compétences et ça marche super ! En plus, on sent nettement le sourire et l’envie de satisfaire l’utilisateur. L’appli marche très bien par ailleurs et permet de grandes finesses de réglage. Super cool !

Panama | 19 March 2025been using simplybook for over a year and the interface is really bootleg and sketchy. non-intuitive. they constantly try to upsell more features to you. i want to cancel my subscription, but they will continue to receive bookings despite cancelling. this means that they will withhold your bookings from you (and continue to accept bookings!!!) until you pay them shady company.

Während der Testphase bei Simplybook.me habe ich viele Aspekte ausprobiert und muss sagen, dass alles sehr einfach und verständlich aufgebaut ist. Der Support ist zwar nur über Chat verfügbar, aber das stellt kein Problem dar, da man immer eine Antwort erhält, entweder als Text oder als ausführliche Anleitung. Nachdem ich mich bereits zu 90 % für Simplybook.me entschieden hatte, wurde ein Update veröffentlicht, das die letzten 10 % ausmachte, da es noch mehr interessante und sinnvolle Funktionen bot, die andere Anbieter nicht haben. Einige dieser Optionen sind kostenpflichtig, aber viele sind auch kostenlos, sodass man seinen persönlichen Terminkalender flexibel gestalten kann. Seit ich Simplybook.me verwende, habe ich mehr Zeit für meine Arbeit, da ich mich weniger mit der Terminvereinbarung mit Kunden beschäftigen muss. Aus meiner Position kann ich Simplybook.me nur empfehlen.

Overpriced, complicated, unable to close the account fully, etc. After cancelling the subscription clients can still book appointments but, you can't see the appointment information and the customer service team won't help. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A reply to the reply below; I didn't forget to renew the subscription. I didn't want it renew from how terrible the system is. They send you an email to say that you have a booking, but you need to jump through hoops to get the information the client gives with the booking questions. It's overly complicated. I was informed that account deletion wasn't advised. Luckily I had the clients phone number to contact them as they would have shown up to an appointment with no-one having a clue what they're here for and not being prepared for them at all. And like I said, no help other than renew the subscription form CS. This could have resulted in negative feedback for me and my company so I don't think it "unfair" to let others know about the experience so they don't have the same thing happen! You bring up the chat as if the chat happened before the incident, it was afterwards. I'd have though mentioning the private chat on a public review site would be a breach of GDPR? Especially when what you said was misinformation. But I'm not entirely sure on that

I'm extremely satisfied with this software, which I've been able to seamlessly integrate into my website to expand my business. This software saves me a lot of time; clients book their next appointment online at a time that's most convenient for them, without me having to intervene. Thanks to the connection between my professional activities and my personal calendar, my schedule is completely under control. The reminders sent before each session allow me to always be punctual and drastically reduce the number of times clients forget to book. In terms of configuration, the setup is simple and intuitive. The interface is well-structured, and numerous explanations guide you through each step of the configuration process. This means I can adapt and modify the settings myself without asking my webmaster for help. If needed, the online support is very responsive and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to answering more specific questions. I have always been very satisfied with the assistance I have received. Today, with the increase in my turnover, I decided to subscribe to a higher pricing plan in order to benefit from additional, more advanced and more efficient features in order to retain my customers. I really appreciate the scalable aspect of the software because it accompanies me as my business grows and develops while adapting to my new needs. I highly recommend SimplyBook to any business that wants to invest their money wisely in a system that will be usable and scalable over the long term.

United Kingdom | 11 March 2025Have been using the platform for over a year now. It’s fine if you have a small business with a handful of bookings a week. But when it gets busier and the complexity slightly increases - this subpar system simply doesn’t cope. It’s extremely glitchy, and the support is awful. They keep diverting responsibility and constantly offer workarounds for situations where the system should have easily coped. 0 accountability from their team, would not recommend to anyone who is hoping to grow their business. Just in the past week, I’ve had 3 double bookings where clients received a confirmation email but the system spuriously cancelled the appointment and allowed someone else to book at the same time (even though they paid for this appointment in advance!)

Denmark | 04 March 2025Today, I was chatting with customer service because I wanted to fully test the system. Since I already had an account some months ago (did not have the time to test it), I was unable to do this properly. I then requested them to delete my account, but I was informed that while my account could be deleted, my URL would not be removed. This means that although I can create a new account, I cannot use the same URL again, which seems quite restrictive. Additionally, I’m unsure if this approach aligns with GDPR regulations, as deleting personal information should mean all associated data is removed, including any restrictions on reusing the URL.

United States | 03 March 2025I can speak as a "service provider" and not an account manager. My primary use of SB is basic: make appointments with clients that have been contacted by other team members. As a service provider, simplybook is dated an limited. Their "2 way sync" barely qualifies as such. First, you cannot see what times are already blocked in another calendar outside of a view that is limited to one day at a time, which makes it impossible to use SimplyBook's calendar to find available times with a client. Instead, you have to go to the other calendar, find available times there and then book it in simply book, which is the exact kind of thing a user hopes to avoid with 2-way sync. Also, changes in SB will show up in the other calendar, but not vice-versa. IOW, you can't modify or cancel SB appointments through any other calendar, you can only do it though the SB site/app itself. Calendar sync is far more robust in the other, similar apps i've tried, as are client tracking options and the like.

At first it's a bit overwhelming with so many options but once you understand it's much easier. Their tech support is absolutely the best I've ever came across. You can live chat and almost instantly someone is there to help you with any problem you are encountering.

Dopo averlo provato, posso dire con assoluta certezza che si tratta di un software frustrante, limitante e inutilmente complicato, con un servizio clienti a dir poco deludente. Un servizio clienti moderatamente buono, ma con grossi problemi nella chat Uno dei peggiori aspetti di SimplyBook.me è l’assistenza in tempo reale. Se scrivi loro via email, rispondono, quindi da questo punto di vista il servizio clienti è moderatamente buono. Tuttavia, se hai bisogno di una risposta immediata e provi a usare la chat sul loro sito, preparati a una frustrazione enorme. Quando si apre la chat di supporto, inizialmente sembra tutto normale: si può scrivere e interagire con un operatore. Dopo pochi minuti, però, la casella di testo semplicemente scompare. La finestra della chat rimane aperta, ma non c'è più modo di digitare alcunché. L'unica soluzione? Chiudere la pagina, ricaricare tutto, sperare che funzioni e, se si è fortunati, riuscire a ottenere una risposta. Questo non è un servizio clienti efficiente, è un ostacolo inutile per chi ha bisogno di aiuto immediato. Un sistema di importazione contatti assurdo Uno dei motivi principali per cui ho deciso di provare SimplyBook.me era la possibilità di importare i contatti già in mio possesso. Peccato che questa funzione sia completamente inutile per chiunque voglia fare email marketing. Se hai già una lista di contatti con consenso scritto o proveniente da altre fonti, SimplyBook.me non ti permette di usarla. Puoi importare i contatti, certo, ma per utilizzarli in campagne di email marketing devi prima inserirli tutti manualmente uno per uno (un'operazione che richiede ore) o aspettare che i clienti si registrino da soli nel sistema. Un vincolo assurdo e insensato, che rende la funzione di importazione praticamente inutile. Ma non è tutto: se speravi di usare questi contatti per inviare coupon o gift card, scordatelo. Anche qui il software impone limiti incomprensibili, obbligandoti a fare tutto a mano. Un limite di contatti gestito in modo illogico La gestione del limite di contatti è un altro incubo. Il software permette di importare fino a 2.000 contatti, ma se per errore ne importi 2.000 e poi ne cancelli 1.000 per correggere problemi, non puoi aggiungerne altri 1.000. Anche se lo spazio teoricamente c’è, il sistema continua a considerare il conteggio totale originale, impedendoti di caricare altri contatti. E come si risolve questa situazione? Con una richiesta assurda: per “sbloccare” il sistema, devi inviare loro il tuo passaporto, una dichiarazione di registrazione della tua azienda e persino la carta di credito. Davvero? Per correggere una semplice importazione di contatti? Questo è un sistema arcaico e inutilmente complicato, che rende difficile anche la gestione più banale. Un'esperienza estremamente frustrante Quello che rende tutto ancora peggiore è il fatto che ho passato tantissimo tempo cercando un software adatto alle mie esigenze. Ho fatto mille ricerche e SimplyBook.me sembrava davvero promettente: sulla carta aveva un sacco di funzionalità che mi interessavano. Purtroppo, però, la realtà è stata una delusione totale. Dopo tutto il tempo investito per testarlo e configurarlo, mi sono trovato davanti a un sistema pieno di limiti e problemi. Conclusione Se cercate una soluzione per la gestione degli appuntamenti e del marketing, guardate altrove. SimplyBook.me vi farà solo perdere tempo e pazienza. Detto questo, sono sempre aperto ai cambiamenti: se in futuro il software migliorerà e risolverà queste problematiche, sarò più che felice di aggiornare la mia valutazione. Tutti possono evolversi, e chissà, magari un giorno SimplyBook.me diventerà effettivamente un buon servizio. Ma per ora, questa è la mia esperienza.

Australia | 24 February 2025Booked an initial meeting with these guys. Waited nearly 30 mins, no one showed up. Pretty bad customer service honestly. I'm in the middle of starting up a commercial bathhouse and I needed a booking system asap. I had already spoken to a few different platforms and I was super interested to see what this platform could offer. I put aside the time, was really looking forward to the meeting and after 26 mins of waiting no one even shows up. I've got a million different things to organise for this bathhouse and these guys just wasted half an hour of my time. Really not ok. Definitely lost me as a customer guys.

There are lots of options at different price ranges to suit individual needs. As a sole trader, I chose the basic option which works perfectly. If I'm ever stuck with any of the functions, I'll reach out to the team via chat and they respond very quickly with detailed info on how to resolve which is great! My customers have always been happy with my booking system and that's the most important thing :)
